“21 Drops essential oils come in handy bottles that are small enough to toss in your purse and easy to find because of the bright packaging.

On a recent afternoon I was experiencing the common, three p.m. office headache. But instead of reaching for a bottle of Advil, per usual, I went for a tiny bottle marked 05, the headache remedy from 21 Drops essential oils. After applying it to my wrists and temples, and taking a few deep breaths, I slowly felt my headache start to dissipate.” - by Carly Holden

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Your Product: You need some aromatherapy up in your life, sista. Burn all the candles (and sage, and incense) you can- and relax your body by using the same logic. The 21 drops ® #11 De-Stress Aromatherapy Blend isnt a mind-over-matter thing. It’s packed with lavender, chamomile, and other essential oils to help you unwind during this spiraled time. Apply over stress points in your body (temples, neck, collarbone, inner wrists) and let the essential oils tranquilize your mind.

PLANT POWER -Aromatherapy, in which essential oils are diffused or applied topically (in skin creams and other products), has been practiced for thousands of years to treat any number of underlying physical and emotional concerns. It has been used as a medical treatment throughout Europe and Asia, and while the United States has lagged behind in exploring its healing potential, aromatherapy is beginning to make its way into mainstream settings here as well. ( Several nurses at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, for example, have been trained in the practice , and the hospital has had success in using aromatherapy to help patients manage anxiety, pain, and nausea.) We asked Cary Caster, a clinical aromatherapist and founder of the company 21 Drops, what she recommends for the fearful flier. “our DE-Stress blend of essential oils is a great fit if flying triggers your fight-or-flight response: racing heart, jerky movements, heightened awareness, and shallow, fast breathing.” she says. The blend’s ylang ylang calms the heart rate, while its German chamomile is and antispasmodic, its lavender soothes the nervous system, and its frankincense quiets the mind. caster also suggests the blends Calm (which contains grounding vetiver), Equalize (which she dubs “yoga in a bottle” for its ability to promote a sense of balance), and strength (which has cedarwood for perseverance and rose for confidence).

"Ahead, some of our favorite products for alleviating insomnia and encouraging sleep.

21 Drops Sleep blend: the road to sleep is an especially rocky one for insomniacs who neither want to mess with sleeping pills or risk smelling like the back room of a soap shop. But for even the most fragrance-averse, there’s this straightforward blend of palmarosa, sandalwood, vetiver, and ylang ylang, which is light, pleasant, and easy to love — never overpowering or in-your-face.”
